PANHR : SIGNS TEMPORARY STAFFING PACT WITH CIEL ET TERRE SOLAR

• Company to provide temporary staffing services to Ciel Et Terre Solar, including deployment of trained personnel, employee sourcing, salary administration, payroll and compliance management • Aggregate contract value is not fixed; commercial consideration depends on number of personnel deployed and applicable staffing fees • Agreement is on a non-exclusive basis, effective until April 27, 2027, extendable by additional one-year terms on mutual written agreement • Services to run on the agreed Pay and Collect Model covering salary disbursement and statutory compliances • Ciel Et Terre Solar holds nil shareholding in the Company; transaction is not a related-party transaction
