• Corporate Affairs Committee approved allotment of Tranche 1 NCDs aggregating ₹25 Cr, out of total issue size of ₹50 Cr • Secured, unrated, unlisted, redeemable, taxable NCDs issued on private placement basis at face value of ₹10 lakh each • Fixed coupon of 11.40% p.a. with monthly interest payment; maturity on 14 November 2027 • Principal repayment split: 95% on 30 January 2027 and balance 5% on 14 November 2027 • Debentures are not proposed to be listed on any exchange
