Change effective October 30, 2026, following resignation of Nitin Chauhan as CISO; Chauhan's last working day is April 23, 2027. Thaker was Deputy CISO at the bank, leading cybersecurity transformation initiatives, with nearly two decades of experience across banking and consulting.
