WEAGRO : TO INCORPORATE SINGAPORE WOS WEAGRO PTE LTD FOR SGD 100,000
• Board approved incorporation of wholly-owned subsidiary WEAGRO PTE LTD in Singapore • Initial investment up to SGD 100,000, to be discharged in cash through normal banking channels, in one or more tranches • WOS to expand the company's existing agro products business into the Singapore market; proposed line of business is within the main line • Company to subscribe to 100% of the paid-up share capital of the WOS, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary • Board also approved setting up an overseas branch office in Dubai, UAE, subject to approvals from relevant authorities • Completion within two months from the board decision, subject to statutory approvals and FEMA overseas investment rules
