• Company bought back 24.1 L equity shares (2,410,906) from the open market at an average price of ₹289.09/share • Utilized ₹696.96 Cr, which is 99.99% of the maximum buyback size of ₹697 Cr (excluding transaction costs) • Buyback operated at a maximum price of ₹500/share, commenced August 14, 2026 and closed with effect from end of market hours on October 30, 2026 • 1,713,324 shares bought back till September 2026 already extinguished; remaining 697,582 shares to be extinguished within prescribed timelines • Promoter and promoter group stake rises to 44.19% post buyback from 43.24%; total equity shares down to 10.95 Cr from 11.20 Cr
