AERONEU : ACQUIRES 55% STAKE IN AEROLEX CABLES FOR RS 31 CR

• Board approved acquisition of 1,10,000 equity shares, or 55% of Aerolex Cables, for ₹3,100 lakhs (~₹31 Cr) in cash • First tranche of 55% to be completed within 60 days of board approval; Aerolex will become a subsidiary on completion • Aerolex is in wire and cable manufacturing with FY2025-26 turnover of ₹55.16 Cr • Company also acquired 51.01% control in Sidon Valves and Control for ₹1,900.33 lakhs (~₹19 Cr); became subsidiary from October 23, 2026 • Aerolex acquisition supports entry into wires and cables, broadening product range and strengthening AI Infra/Data Centre positioning • September-quarter consolidated net loss at ₹391.55 lakhs vs profit ₹106.88 lakhs YOY, after ₹446.33 lakhs exceptional loss on subsidiary disposal
