FLOMIC : EXPANDS BHIWANDI WAREHOUSE CAPACITY

• Installed new multi-tier storage structure and G+5 long-span pallet racking at the Bhiwandi warehouse • Multi-tier structure adds 15,000 sq ft across three tiers of 5,000 sq ft each, lifting effective leasable area from 5,000 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft on the same footprint • Second multi-tier installation at the Bhiwandi facility and the company's first outright procurement of such a structure • Project commissioned in July 2026 and completed in September 2026 • Long-span shelving adds more than 2,000 pallet positions; warehouse capacity now ~8,000 pallets • A quick commerce customer has occupied the multi-tier space since September 2026 and an FMCG customer the new pallet positions since October 2026
