Low-impact Reg 30 filing: 2,600 shares (26% of paid-up capital) of Clean Max Alps to be sold to Bayer Vapi for ₹0.26 L (INR 26,000), received after SPA execution. Clean Max Alps was incorporated on 18 December 2024 and contributed nil turnover, revenue, income or net worth in the last financial year; buyer is not part of the promoter or promoter group.
