• Sukumar Srinivas, Managing Director and founder of Shankara Building Products, passed away on Friday, October 30, 2026 • Company intimated the demise under Regulation 30(2)/(6) read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI LODR Regulations • Consequent to his demise, he ceases to be classified as a Promoter under Regulation 31A(6)(c) of the Listing Regulations • Board and management placed on record appreciation for his contribution and visionary leadership
