AEROENTER: MATERIAL SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 55% EQUITY SHARES OF AEROLEX CABLES
• Board of Aeroflex Neu Limited, material subsidiary, approved acquiring 1,10,000 equity shares of Aerolex Cables Private Limited • Stake represents 55% of Aerolex's issued and paid-up share capital for ₹31 Cr • Draft share purchase and shareholders agreements and ancillary transaction documents approved • Upon completion, Aerolex will become subsidiary of Aeroflex Neu Limited • Aeroflex Neu to acquire additional Aerolex shares in subsequent tranches, subject to definitive agreements • Acquisition supports entry into wire and cable manufacturing and exporting, and aims to strengthen AI Infra and Data Centre sector presence
