• Gross Revenue: Business registered gross revenue of ₹91,716 Cr, up 6.4% YoY, adjusted for demerger of Consumer Brands business • EBITDA: EBITDA before one-time impairment charge stood at ₹6,228 Cr, down 8.6% YoY • EBITDA Margin: Margin stood at 7.8%, declining 120 bps YoY due to digital commerce investments, input-cost inflation and festive season shift • Store Network: Total store count reached 19,947, up 0.6% YoY from 19,821 stores • Store Expansion: Opened 303 stores during the quarter, while net store count declined by 222 due to closure of unproductive stores • Retail Area: Total operating area stood at 77.5 million sq. ft., compared with 77.8 million sq. ft. last year • Customer Transactions: Recorded 7% YoY growth in transactions despite major festivals shifting to Q3 • Grocery Business: Delivered growth despite input-cost inflation, with like-for-like growth of 3% YoY • Category Performance: Broad-based growth across Staples, Dairy, Frozen and Bakery categories • Festive Demand: Performance impacted by festive calendar shift to Q3, with stronger customer engagement expected during the festive period • Growth Strategy: Continued investments in digital commerce, customer engagement, store productivity and operational efficiency
