YES BANK : TRUSTEE SEEKS REINSTATEMENT OF RS 8,415 CR AT-1 BONDS IN 3 DAYS

• Axis Trustee Services, debenture trustee for the AT-1 bonds, issued a letter on October 28, 2026 calling on the bank to reinstate the bonds and complete all corporate actions within 3 days • Supreme Court judgment dated October 15, 2026 restored the Basel III compliant AT-1 bonds aggregating ₹8,415 Cr (ISINs INE528G08352 and INE528G08394), with annual coupon payment stated to remain unaffected • Trustee wants bonds reinstated in the register, ISINs reactivated with NSDL/CDSL and trading restored on BSE and NSE • Trustee warned of contempt proceedings before the Supreme Court against the bank and its directors and officers for wilful disobedience if steps are not taken in time • Bank replied on October 30, 2026 saying it acknowledges the judgment, is examining implications and legal remedies, and rejected the wilful disobedience charge as baseless • Coupon discretion on the AT-1 bonds remains pending; 9% YBL AT-1 bonds had a coupon payment date of October 18, 2026
