• MoU dated 8 September 2026 with Avadh Foods and Multi Warehouse Private Limited for sale of Baheri sugar undertaking (Bareilly, UP) terminated • Termination under Clause 21(c) effective 31 October 2026 as buyer failed to make payments within stipulated time and did not cure defaults despite notice • Proposed slump sale will not proceed; the undertaking continues to be owned by the company • Company to initiate appropriate legal action against the buyer for remedies under the MoU and in law • Company will continue to evaluate options for the undertaking; material developments to be disclosed
