• Company entered into a platform design, development, deployment and maintenance agreement with LivingAI Solution LLP • Platform is an AI-powered enterprise-grade media intelligence, reputation management and actionable feedback system • Development of various modules in phases for ₹1.26 Cr for each phase, exclusive of applicable taxes • Agreement tenure is one year, with maintenance of services on mutually agreed terms • Domestic agreement, in the normal course of business; no related-party transaction and no promoter or group interest in the counterparty
