JAIN IRRIGATION : SIGNS AGREEMENT FOR UP TO 19,000 TONNES BIOCHAR CARBON REMOVAL CREDITS
• Agreement signed with Supercritical Tech Ltd, a London-based carbon removal marketplace • Covers up to 19,000 tonnes of durable biochar carbon removal credits from Jalgaon operations for 2026 and 2027 • Credits generated from industrial biochar facility at Jalgaon, Maharashtra, which converts agri and food-processing residues via gasification • Project undergoing verification through Puro.earth, with an independent BeZero Carbon rating underway • Supercritical, founded 2021, serves over 200 corporate buyers and tracks more than 600 suppliers; net assets ~GBP 2.1 million as at Dec 31, 2025 • Consideration as per commercial terms mutually agreed; Jain holds no shareholding in Supercritical
