• Preferential Issue Committee of Kamdhenu Ventures Ltd (KVL) allotted 1.5 Cr equity shares of Re 1 each to Kamdhenu Ltd on 31 October 2026 • Allotment follows conversion of 1.5 Cr warrants held by the company • Kamdhenu paid ₹7.65 Cr, being 75% of the amount towards conversion of the balance warrants • Details under Reg 30 already disclosed vide letter KL/SEC/2026-27/56 of the same date
