RSC INTERNATIONAL : BOARD APPROVES PROMOTER GROUP RECLASSIFICATION TO PUBLIC CATEGORY

Four promoter group members — Ashok Jain, Bansi Lal Jain, Chain Raj Meena and Lal Chand Jain — to be reclassified as public shareholders under SEBI LODR Regulation 31A. Combined holding of the four applicants is 9,000 equity shares, or 0.15% of total voting rights.
