ATLANTAELE : APPROVES RS 194 CR CAPEX FOR NEW MANUFACTURING FACILITY

• Wholly owned subsidiary AE Components Private Limited approved capex of approximately ₹193.58 Cr • New facility to produce transformer tanks, frames and radiators • Project is part of backward integration initiative for transformer tanks and radiators • Aims to strengthen supply chain reliability and enhance operational efficiencies • To be funded via internal accruals, term loans from banks/FIs and financial assistance from holding company • Implementation in phases, completion targeted within one year subject to statutory and regulatory approvals
