DHOOTTRANS : INVESTS RS 2.82 CR IN WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY DHOOT GERMANY
• Company on October 30, 2026 subscribed to 2,50,000 equity shares of EUR 1 each at EUR 1 per share of Dhoot Transmission GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary • Aggregate cash consideration was EUR 250,000 (equivalent to ₹2.82 Cr) • Shareholding in Dhoot Germany remains 100% before and after the subscription; no change in control • Dhoot Germany was incorporated on December 12, 2024 in Germany and is engaged in engineering services, customer acquisition and off-project discussions for automotive and related industries • Additional capital to be used for working capital needs, business growth and expansion • Turnover for FY26 and FY25 was nil; net worth as on March 31, 2026 was EUR 45,718.57 (~₹51.58 L)
