TATACOMM : COMPLETES INTRA-GROUP RESTRUCTURING OF KALEYRA; NO CHANGE IN BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP
Transfer of 100% of Kaleyra, Inc. (100 shares of Common Stock) to Tata Communications (Netherlands) B.V. completed effective October 31, 2026. Kaleyra, Inc. merged into Kaleyra US Inc., which continues as the surviving entity and direct subsidiary of TCNL. Company says no material impact expected on consolidated financial position; no change in ultimate beneficial ownership or economic interest.
