Revenue up 26.4% at ₹21.24 Cr (YOY), up 109.8% (QOQ). Ebitda up 43.6% at ₹4.62 Cr (YOY); margins 21.7% v 19.1% (YOY), 24.8% (QOQ). Rack manufacturing segment drove growth with revenue of ₹20.05 Cr and results of ₹3.11 Cr. Caution: H1 operating cash flow negative at ₹6.28 Cr; stake in Alphalogic Industries diluted to 49.57%, still consolidated on control assessment.
