• Equity shareholders and unsecured creditors of Shish Industries will meet on 15 December 2026 via VC/OAVM. • Appointed date is 1 April 2026 for merger of Shish Polylam and Shish Global Solutions into the listed company. Impact: Scheme moves to shareholder and creditor approval, with appointed date set for 1 April 2026.
