• Dr. Amrut Naik, President and Business Unit Head, International Markets Business, resigned on October 31, 2026 and will be relieved on November 7, 2026 • Board approved appointment of Mr. Christoph Stoller as President and Business Unit Head, International Markets Business, effective November 2, 2026 • Stoller brings over 30 years of global pharma experience across branded pharmaceuticals, specialty medicines, biologics, biosimilars, generics, OTC and innovative therapies • Previously President and Business Head (EMEA, LATAM and APAC) at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, with P&L responsibility exceeding USD 750 million across about 2,000 employees in 80 countries • Held senior roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals (2011-2021), managing businesses with up to USD 2 billion P&L and about 2,700 employees; former President of Medicines for Europe
