• CIT(A) issued favourable orders dated 29 September 2026 for AY 2014-15 and AY 2012-13 • Jurisdictional AO then passed orders dated 6 October 2026 and 29 October 2026 giving effect to those orders and determined aggregate refund of ₹37.22 Cr • Orders received by the company on 30 October 2026 (AY 2014-15) and 31 October 2026 (AY 2012-13) • Appeals were filed against disallowance of publicity expenses, deduction u/s 35(2AB), among others • Interest income included in the refund will be credited to the Statement of Profit and Loss as income
