SAPPHIRE : RECEIVES CCI APPROVAL FOR MERGER WITH DEVYANI INTERNATIONAL

• CCI, vide letter dated 30 October 2026, approved the proposed combination under Section 31(1) of the Competition Act, 2002 • Approval covers the merger of Sapphire Foods India into Devyani International (DIL) under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act • Board had approved the amended Scheme of Arrangement on 26 August 2026; joint CCI application was filed on 10 September 2026 • Detailed order of the CCI in this regard is awaited
