• Board approved acquisition of 33.34% paid-up equity of Wictor Sealz from Vimac Impex via share purchase-cum-shareholders' agreement • Cash consideration ~₹0.33 L for 3,334 equity shares; company to further invest ₹5 Cr in Wictor Sealz • Further investment long stop date March 31, 2027; acquisition completion indicated for FY2026-27 • Wictor Sealz incorporated January 5, 2026; operates in solar module sealants and specialty chemicals, yet to commence business • Investment aims at supply chain integration, lower dependence on imported solar module sealant and supply security
