• Ulosia Holding AG, a wholly owned subsidiary of AXISCADES, incorporated Akkodis Axiscades Aerospace Canada Inc. in Canada on October 30, 2026 • New entity is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ulosia Holding AG, which holds 100% of its share capital • AXISCADES has no direct shareholding or control in the Canadian entity • Entity will provide engineering, design, technical, consulting and technology services to aerospace, aviation and allied industries • Consideration is cash; no shares were subscribed by AXISCADES as the entity is a step-down subsidiary
