• Agreement with Supercritical Tech Ltd., a London-based carbon removal marketplace, for biochar carbon removal credits up to 19,000 tonnes • Credits generated from company's industrial biochar facility at Jalgaon, Maharashtra, covering 2026 and 2027 • Facility converts agricultural and food-processing residues into biochar through a gasification process • Consideration as per commercial terms mutually agreed; no deal value disclosed in the filing • Project undergoing verification through Puro.earth, with an independent BeZero Carbon rating underway • Supercritical serves over 200 corporate buyers and tracks more than 600 suppliers; no shareholding or promoter interest involved
