• Business Undertaking of U M Cables Limited (UMCL) transferred to R R Kabel by way of slump sale on a going concern basis • Transfer effective from closing hours of 31 October 2026 • Business Transfer Agreement executed on 25 September 2026 among the Company, UMCL and Usha Martin Limited • Completion follows earlier intimations dated 24 September 2026 and 25 September 2026
