• Epikindifi Software and Solutions, a disputed step-down subsidiary, filed a Section 9 IBC plea before NCLT Mumbai • Alleged operational creditor claim of ₹1.27 Cr, comprising invoice of ₹90 L, GST of ₹16.20 L and interest of ₹21.07 L • Company says claim is disputed, unsubstantiated and petition not maintainable; detailed notice of dispute already issued • Disputes concerning Epikindifi are already the subject matter of ongoing arbitration proceedings • Company will contest the petition and take steps to protect its and stakeholders interests
