SHANKARA BUILDPRO : BOARD APPOINTS DHANANJAY MIRLAY SRINIVAS AS MANAGING DIRECTOR
Appointment follows the demise of founder and MD Sukumar Srinivas on 30 October 2026; five-year term from 1 November 2026, subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. Srinivas, an existing whole-time director, has been independently driving the Non-Steel marketplace business and holds 81,050 shares in the company.
