• Apollo Micro Systems deposited ₹986.35 Cr into a special escrow account with State Bank of India for payment to Premier Explosives public shareholders • Open offer was for 1,39,77,600 equity shares, equal to 26% of Premier Explosives • Open offer opened on 12 October 2026 and closed on 26 October 2026 • Offer was oversubscribed by 1.41% • Open offer follows the Share Purchase Agreement dated 9 July 2026
