HIKAL : SIGNS MULTI-YEAR GLOBAL CDMO CONTRACT WITH EUROPE-BASED AGROCHEMICAL COMPANY

• Contract signed by Hikal's Crop Protection division for CDMO of a specialised agrochemical product for supply to markets worldwide • Covers a product for which Hikal completed process development and scale-up; follows nearly three years of collaborative development • Commercial launch expected towards the end of FY 2026-27, with volumes to grow progressively as regulatory approvals are secured across global markets • Strengthens the Crop Protection business by expanding its portfolio of specialised offerings for global customers • Management said the deal converts development and scale-up work into a long-term commercial manufacturing partnership
