• Company received physical possession and official Appointed Date declaration from National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML) for two WSA sites in Madhya Pradesh • Sites to be developed on Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (DBOT) lease basis; October 27, 2026 declared as the Appointed Date • Possession follows Letters of Award issued July 30, 2026 and Lease Agreements executed September 24, 2026 • Land parcels: NH-752D Ujjain-Garoth section at Dhanodiya (4.20 hectares) and NH-44 Gwalior-Jhansi road at Dabra (2.89 hectares) • Company now free to immediately commence development and construction works, with long-term operations and maintenance obligations within mandated timelines
