BORANA : 9.9 MW HYBRID PROJECT COMMISSIONING DELAYED FURTHER

• First WTG location along with the 7.65 MW solar component now tentatively expected to be commissioned before November 30, 2026 • Second WTG location by December 31, 2026 and third WTG location by March 31, 2027 • Delay attributed to high wind speeds, heavy monsoon conditions causing additional logistics-road work, and pending shutdowns of existing 33 kV and 11 kV lines • Kalikanagar, Gujarat project is being developed by Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd, which conveyed the revised schedule • Update is in continuation of the company's earlier intimation dated September 30, 2026 on the delay
