• Board approved withdrawal of the proposed rights issue of equity shares of face value ₹10 each, for cash • Rights issue was to aggregate up to ₹16,601.75 lakh (~₹166.02 Cr); earlier approved by the Board on September 17, 2026 • Withdrawal attributed to prevailing unfavourable market conditions and volatility in the capital markets • Company says it may reconsider fundraising plans at an appropriate time, subject to market conditions
