TAJGVK : RENAMED KRISHNA GVK LUXURY HOTELS AFTER IHCL EXIT

• Fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs on 30 October 2026; name changed from TajGVK Hotels & Resorts • IHCL sold its entire 25.52% stake to the GVK-Bhupal promoter family in December 2025; IHCL nominee directors stepped down on 30 December 2025 • Company is now owned and led entirely by the promoter family; hotel operations continue under Taj brand via long-term IHCL management agreements • Owns six operating hotels across Hyderabad, Chennai, Chandigarh and Mumbai, including Taj Santacruz held through subsidiary Greenwoods Palaces & Resorts • Taj Yelahanka, a 256-key luxury hotel, to open in Bengaluru towards end of November as the first under the new name, taking portfolio to seven • Management says net debt remains minimal even after completing the Bengaluru property, supporting organic and inorganic growth
