NAVA LIMITED ANNOUNCES TEMPORARY SHUTDOWN OF 150MW POWER PLANT

• Nava Bharat Energy India Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, is scheduled for its mandatory annual maintenance shutdown for FY 2026–27. • The shutdown of the 150 MW Power Plant located at Paloncha, Telangana, commenced on November 02, 2026. • Maintenance activities are expected to be completed within approximately 30 days. • The company will keep the stock exchanges informed of any material developments and will promptly intimate upon resumption of operations.
