SUNITA TOOLS : WINS OEM QUALIFICATION AND PURCHASE ORDER FOR FORGING EMPTY SHELLS

• Received OEM qualification and purchase order for supply of forging empty shells to an Ordnance Factory under the Government of India. • Customer completed detailed due diligence machine by machine and process by process, approving Sunita Tools' shell manufacturing factory as vendor/supplier/manufacturer/OEM. • Order value not disclosed in the release; scope covers supply of forging of empty shells. • Interim sales agreement to be converted to a sales agreement post clearance of the prototype batch. • Management said the qualification is a significant milestone for the company's defence division and should open more opportunities with government organisations.
