• Atpole Technologies Private Limited, a subsidiary of Bondada Engineering, acquired 51% shareholding in BTM Mobility Private Limited (formerly Thuraga Motors Private Limited) • Acquisition of 5,100 equity shares of face value ₹10 each for cash; cost of acquisition not disclosed • Target manufactures and assembles electric two-wheelers and EV technologies; incorporated on 16-09-2025; acquisition completed with no regulatory approvals required • Move seen as forward integration of Bondada's BLDC motor manufacturing into electric two-wheelers, leveraging target's design capability, IP portfolio and order pipeline
