ONEPOINT : SUBSIDIARY ALLOTS 1.56 CR BONUS EQUITY SHARES TO HOLDING COMPANY

One Point One Technology Labs allotted 1,56,51,017 fully paid-up equity shares of ₹10 each as bonus shares to One Point One Solutions on October 30, 2026; holding company stake now 1,63,31,496 shares, or 62.75% of subsidiary's paid-up capital. Impact: Holding company stake in subsidiary rises to 62.75% via bonus share allotment.
