SHRIRAM PROPERTIES : APPOINTS TWO INDEPENDENT DIRECTORS FOR FIVE-YEAR TERM
Revathy Iyer (former RBI central board member) and Dr. R. Seetharaman (former CEO, Doha Bank) join the board subject to shareholders' approval. They succeed existing independent directors completing two consecutive terms in November 2026.
