• Order dated October 30, 2026 from SEBI received on November 2, 2026; total penalties at ₹88 L on company and individuals. • Company restrained from accessing securities market and dealing in securities for 2 months; penalty of ₹12 L payable within 45 days. • Company penalty split as ₹7 L under Section 15HA and ₹5 L under Section 15HB. • Individuals restrained for 1-12 months, with penalties including ₹28 L on Manish Kumar Dabkara and ₹19 L on Mohit Kumar Agarwal. • EKI does not concur with certain assertions; evaluating legal remedies including appeal before SAT under Section 15T. • Company says no other material impact on financial, operational or other activities; business and ongoing projects remain functional.
