• Board approved and executed agreement to sell property at C-49, Noida Phase-II, Gautam Budh Nagar, total area 22,343.10 sq • Consideration for the sale/disposal is ₹65 Cr (Rupees Sixty Five Crore Only) • Buyer is M/s Sahu International Attire Private Limited, not belonging to promoter/promoter group • No turnover, revenue or income was contributed by the said property in the last financial year • Expected date of completion of sale is December 30, 2026; transaction is not a related party transaction • Shareholders had approved the sale of the property at the EGM held December 07, 2024
