UCAL : WOS SIGNS PLOT SALE PACT, GETS RS 45 CR ADVANCE

• Wholly owned subsidiary Ucal Polymer Industries (UPIL) executes agreement to sell residential plot of 6.97 acres with Sujo Land and Properties on 2 November 2026 • Buyer is a promoter group company in the business of investment in properties; advance of ₹45 Cr received by UPIL pending approval from Mahindra Integrated Township • UPIL contributed ₹52.27 Cr total income in FY26 as per the disclosure • Sale agreement for the plot to be executed in due course; completion tentatively before end of June 2027 subject to Mahindra Integrated Township approval • Transaction is a related party transaction but not material (below 10% of consolidated turnover); at arm's length with audit committee, board and shareholder approvals in place
