• Alivira Vietnam Company Limited incorporated in Vietnam on October 30, 2026 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Alivira Animal Health Limited (AAHL), India • Becomes step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Viyash Scientific (formerly Sequent Scientific) with effect from October 30, 2026 • Investment of up to USD 400,000 by AAHL on cash consideration basis; 100% held by AAHL • Entity to undertake import, registration, marketing, sale and distribution of animal health products, APIs and phytogenic solutions in Vietnam • Products to be commercialised mainly through a distributor network, with direct servicing of select strategic key accounts
