• Sudarshan Germany Horizons GmbH, a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary, completed sale of its 100% stake in VP4 Frankfurt GmbH to Celanese US Holdings LLC • Consideration stated at EUR 75,800,000 pursuant to the Share Purchase and Transfer Agreement dated 31 August 2026 • Closing conditions were fulfilled and the transaction completed on 2 November 2026 • VP4 Frankfurt has ceased to be a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary of Sudarshan Chemical Industries effective 2 November 2026
