BONDADA: SUBSIDIARY ATPL ACQUIRES 51% STAKE IN BTM MOBILITY

• Atpole Technologies (ATPL), a subsidiary of Bondada Engineering, acquired 51% shareholding in BTM Mobility (formerly Thuraga Motors) • Acquisition of 5,100 equity shares of face value ₹10 each, consideration in cash • Target is engaged in manufacturing and assembly of electric two-wheelers, associated components and original equipment • Target also does EV technology design and development, a strategic forward integration of Bondada's BLDC motor manufacturing • Acquisition already completed; no governmental or regulatory approvals required • Not a related party transaction; promoter/promoter group has no interest in the target
