NBCC : SIGNS MOU FOR PATNA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS WORTH RS 5,152 CR

• Signed MoU with various Bihar government departments for four Patna redevelopment projects under Phase-I • Projects include BSHB colony redevelopment at Sector 5 and Sector 6, first state IT Tech Park at Gardanibagh, and hotels/commercial spaces at Bailey Road • Residential projects together provide 3,331 flats for EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG categories with supporting commercial and community facilities • Expected sale/lease proceeds approx ₹5,152 Cr; tentative project cost approx ₹2,000 Cr exclusive of GST • To be undertaken on self-financing basis without budgetary assistance from the State Government • PMC charges 6% and marketing fee 1.25%
