SAATVIKGL : COMMENCES COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION AT GOPALPUR SOLAR PV MODULE FACILITY
• Wholly owned material subsidiary Saatvik Solar Industries commenced commercial production of solar PV modules at Gopalpur, Odisha from November 2, 2026 • Phase I capacity of approximately 1.3 GW; remaining capacity to be commissioned in subsequent phases • Facility is part of the objects of the company's IPO (Prospectus dated September 23, 2025) covering a proposed 4 GW solar PV module manufacturing facility • Plant located at National Highway-16, Chamakhandi, Gopalpur Industrial Park, District Ganjam, Odisha • Expected to strengthen production capabilities, enhance operational scale and support future growth as remaining phases are implemented
